Andrea, born and raised in Argentina, grew up with a deep love for Asado—a time-honored tradition where family and friends gather to enjoy slow-cooked, flame-grilled meats. Richard, on the other hand, was born in the U.S. to Cuban immigrant parents. His love for cooking comes from his mother, Isabel, an incredible cook who passed on her culinary talents to Richard. Lucky for Andrea, Richard’s passion for food was a perfect match for her own.

Richard’s expertise in Asado blossomed under the mentorship of his brother-in-law, David, and a local Argentine asador, Don Bernard, who has been mastering the art of Argentine BBQ for over 40 years. What makes Richard’s cooking truly special is the fusion of Cuban flair with the authentic flavors of Argentine Asado, creating a dining experience like no other.
With over 15 years of experience in the wedding and event industry as photographers, we’ve had the privilege of witnessing countless celebrations. This has given us deep insight into what makes an event truly extraordinary—great food, impeccable service, and an atmosphere where guests feel beyond special.
